Aim

To fundraise for the Gipsy Hill Village Fete.

The Gipsy Hill Village Fete is back

After hugely popular events in 2019, 2022 and 2024 the Gipsy Hill Village Fete is back for 2026 and we need your help to make it happen!

The Village Fete is a fun-filled day of community stalls, events for families, delicious local food and drink, live music, traditional straw bales, the much-anticipated Gipsy Hill dog show, and much, much more.

We need your help to deliver this community event

This year the Village Fete will take place on Sunday 12th July. Fundraising is well-underway, but we need additional funds to help make the event a success and there are lots of ways to support. Whether you’re a Gipsy Hill neighbour or a local business, there are donation options to suit everyone!

As well as all the fun parts of the fete, your support will enable us to arrange the crucial amenities like (clean!) toilets, marquees, a stage, generators, and hi-vis vests for our volunteer helpers.

Individual supporters

Could you support the Gipsy Hill Village Fete in 2026? Our individual supporters are crucial! As a thank you for donating towards the event, you can choose from the following rewards when you pledge:

• £30 – Gipsy Hill mural tote bag for doing your local shopping in style!  100% cotton, large size 38cm x 46cm.

Are you a local business? We need you! You can help make the Gipsy Hill Village Fete happen in 2024 by sponsoring the event. For the following levels of support you’ll get:

£750 package

• Everything that is included in £500 package 
• plus you’ll be a Friends of Gipsy Hill sponsor for the Gipsy Hill Station Garden for a year!

£500 package

• Before the event: your logo on 10x A3 posters and 2500x leaflets
• On the day: your logo on 12x banners and 2500x programs
• Mentions in Facebook/Instagram/X posts

£275 package 

• Before the event: your logo on 10x A3 posters and 2500x leaflets
• On the day: your logo on 2500x programs

Community support
