Yoko Ono and Sean Ono Lennon have made available an extremely rare and collectable strictly Limited Edition of 50 vinyl acetates of John Lennon & Yoko Ono’s iconic single ‘Happy Xmas (War is Over)’ (with The Plastic Ono Band and The Harlem Community Choir). This one-sided 12” acetate was hand-cut on the lathe at the legendary Abbey Road Studios by mastering engineer Alex Wharton. The record was released on December 5th 2021 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original recording in 1971. Including a two-page printed insert and header sheet from Sean Lennon. More info

The Cause
With FUTURES, Independent Label Market is investing in young creatives by delivering a series of practical, ‘hands-on’ workshops to students and young people across the UK. These unique, inclusive workshops feature experts from the wonderful, culturally diverse world of independent music and cover a breadth of topics; including Self-releasing Music, How to Access Funding in the Creative Arts, and Neuro-Diversity and Inclusion in the Music Industry. We hope that these free educational experiences will support future creatives in taking their first steps towards a career in the arts.
