100% of the money raised will go towards our fundraising appeal for Scotland’s Wildlife Discovery Centre at Highland Wildlife Park. With your support, we can create a world-class visitor centre for the Cairngorms National Park and engage many more people with our ground-breaking work to save Scotland’s most endangered wildlife.  

Our natural environment is in crisis, with one million species on the brink of extinction and almost half our ecosystems in decline. Alarmingly, the disconnection between people and nature is also growing – but it is not too late to act. The creation of Scotland’s Wildlife Discovery Centre and learning hubs at the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland’s Highland Wildlife Park will play a pivotal role by inspiring up to 200,000 annual visitors and local young people to protect nature and native wildlife through immersive and memorable experiences. Through your generosity, Scotland’s Wildlife Discovery Centre will transform Highland Wildlife Park and give the Cairngorms National Park a truly world class attraction. 

Although there will only be one lucky winner, everyone else taking part is still a winner in our eyes and will have helped us get one step closer to the grand opening of Scotland's Wildlife Discovery Centre!

Located in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, Macdonald Aviemore Resort has everything you could wish for in a Scottish break. Keeping the whole family entertained is easy with a choice of 4-star hotels or spacious woodland lodges.

On resort you’ll find a selection of restaurants and bars, the largest indoor pool complex in the Cairngorms, beauty treatments, luxury shopping, a large cinema, play park and outdoor activities.

Nearby you’ll also find popular local attractions including championship golf, the Highland Wildlife Park, water-sports, cycling paths and so much more. It’s the perfect getaway in any season.

• Each £5 donation will act as an entry into the prize draw. You can also purchase ticket bundles from our reward list
• You may make several entries to the prize draw but only one prize will be awarded
• The group of four redeeming the prize must be in the same family or social bubble in line with any government restrictions in place at the time of redemption (larger groups may be accommodated depending on the number of children in the party)
• The prize draw will close at 23:59 on Monday 31 May, and the winner will be randomly selected through a draw performed by a computer process on Tuesday 1 June
• You'll have until the end of March 2022 to redeem your prize
• You'll have the park completely to yourself on the evening of your chosen date (except for staff accompaniment) – timing to be confirmed upon date selection
• For Health and Safety reasons children aged 15 or under must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or over at all times
• Highland Wildlife Park is located in the Cairngorms, so we recommend that you wear comfortable footwear
• Macdonald Aviemore Resort booking is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply including some dates in July, August, October, Christmas and New Year
• The resort stay includes a hotel room for up to 2 adults and 2 children for 3 nights (or two double rooms for 4 adults)
• The resort stay does not need to commence on the day of your visit to Highland Wildlife Park but the dates need to overlap
• The prize draw is open to all aged 18 years or over excluding RZSS and associated partner’s employees and their families, RZSS board members or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw
